Straight answers before the cleaning starts.
Common questions about estimates, scheduling, scope, access, window conditions, pressure washing, insurance, and service coverage.
What information helps you prepare an estimate?
Send the property address, service needed, interior or exterior scope, approximate height, preferred timing, photos, and any access or vendor requirements. Larger commercial properties may need a site walk before final pricing.
What is included in routine window cleaning?
The written estimate controls the scope. Routine service typically addresses normal soil on the specified glass. Screens, tracks, frames, ledges, skylights, interior glass, construction debris, adhesive, paint, and hard-water restoration are included only when specifically listed.
Can every stain or mark be removed?
No. Mineral deposits, oxidation, rust, oil, etched glass, scratches, failed seals, paint failure, and permanent surface discoloration can remain after routine cleaning. We identify major limitations and recommend separate restoration testing when appropriate.
Do you handle commercial access and vendor requirements?
Yes. Depending on the property, we can coordinate certificates of insurance, site contacts, security notifications, lifts, water-fed poles, phased scheduling, early starts, pedestrian controls, and written proposal requirements.
Are you licensed and insured?
Eastside is a licensed contractor and fully insured. The contractor license number is 1072906. Project-specific certificate language can be reviewed when required by the client.
Where do you work?
Primary coverage includes Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties, with service decisions based on project size, schedule, access, and routing. Review service areas.
Still have a project-specific question?
Send the address and details through the estimate form or call. We will tell you what information is needed next.
