On August 20, 2026, Eastside Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing completed a combined commercial window-cleaning and building-washing project at LA Fitness Irvine, located at 3021 Michelson Drive in Irvine, California.
The completed scope included cleaning all windows inside and out, along with washing the building exterior. Reaching the approved glass areas required four lifts: two indoor scissor lifts, one articulating boom lift, and one sidewalk-capable lift.

A Repeat Service Relationship at LA Fitness Irvine
The August 2026 project was not Eastside’s first completed window-cleaning service at this property.
On December 30, 2025, Eastside completed an earlier service covering all windows inside and out. That project used two indoor scissor lifts and one articulating boom lift.
When LA Fitness Irvine requested service again in 2026, the scope expanded beyond window cleaning to include a building wash. The repeat work documents an ongoing service history at the Michelson Drive property while keeping the December 2025 and August 2026 projects clearly separated.
Interior and Exterior Commercial Window Cleaning
The August 20 service included all windows inside and outside. Completing both sides of the glass was a defined part of the project—not an exterior-only maintenance visit.
Interior access required two scissor lifts for elevated glass. Exterior access required an articulating boom lift and a separate sidewalk-capable lift. The combination allowed Eastside to complete the approved high-access window-cleaning scope from the necessary interior and exterior positions.
This type of project differs from routine ground-level window cleaning because a single access method cannot reach every included area. The equipment used at LA Fitness Irvine was selected for the actual conditions of the property and the locations of the glass being cleaned.

Four lifts were used during the completed August 2026 project:
- Two indoor scissor lifts
- One articulating boom lift

The indoor scissor lifts provided elevated access from inside the facility. The articulating boom supplied exterior reach, while the sidewalk-capable lift addressed exterior areas requiring a different lift configuration.
Using multiple lift types allowed the project to cover the documented interior and exterior scope without representing unrelated methods as part of the work.
Building Washing at the Irvine Property
In addition to cleaning the windows, Eastside completed a building wash at LA Fitness Irvine on August 20.
Including building washing made this a broader commercial exterior-cleaning project rather than a glass-only service. The window cleaning and building washing were completed as parts of the same documented project scope.
No appearance percentages, restoration claims, or measurable before-and-after improvements are being attributed to the work. The supported result is straightforward: the specified building wash and all-window interior and exterior cleaning were completed.
