The right result starts with the surface
Stucco, coated metal, painted walls, stone, concrete, signage, and glass need different methods. We evaluate the material, buildup, drainage, access, and surrounding finishes before choosing pressure, chemistry, dwell time, and rinse technique. Delicate surfaces may require low pressure, hand work, or a conservative test area.
What building washing can remove
A properly planned wash can remove loose dirt, dust, spider webs, bird droppings, biological buildup, and normal atmospheric soil. Oxidation, failed paint, rust, mineral staining, etched glass, and deeply embedded discoloration may not respond to routine washing. Those conditions are identified and discussed before work begins.
Commercial site controls matter
Facade washing can affect sidewalks, entrances, tenants, parked vehicles, landscaping, drainage, and adjacent glass. We sequence active work areas, place cones and wet-floor controls, manage overspray, and coordinate early or off-hour access when needed. Window cleaning can be paired with the wash when rinse residue would otherwise remain on the glass.
