When regular window cleaning is not enough.
Professional treatment for mineral deposits and hard-water staining on residential and commercial glass throughout Southern California.
Why the glass still looks dirty after cleaning
Sprinklers, irrigation overspray, pressure-washing runoff, fountains, and repeated exposure to mineral-rich water can leave deposits bonded to glass. Over time those deposits can etch the surface. Standard window-cleaning solution removes surface soil, but it does not reverse mineral damage.
A controlled restoration process
We evaluate the staining, test a small area, and select the least aggressive effective method. Treatment may include professional mineral-removal products, specialty pads, polishing equipment, and repeated detailing. Adjacent frames, coatings, landscaping, and finished surfaces are considered before work begins.
Improvement versus replacement
Many stained windows can be improved dramatically, especially when treatment begins before deep etching develops. Severely etched or permanently damaged glass may not return to a like-new condition. We explain realistic expectations after testing and do not promise a miracle where the glass has already lost the fight.
Not sure whether the glass needs cleaning or restoration?
Send close-up and full-view photos of the affected panes. We can usually determine whether a site test is the best next step.
